I haven’t skipped any workouts and I’ve been really good about my diet all month. I feel so incredibly accomplished. It’s the best feeling ever. Pat has slacked off a little bit, but I’m going easy on him only because he’s been really busy with law school. But he promises to get back on track this coming week. I’m not going to post my day 30 pics because they’re still pretty embarrassing. While mine isn’t exactly the same, I must say my version was quite AMAZING. I don’t have exact measurements for all of the ingredients, so my best suggestion is to use your own judgment when adding the oil, balsamic, salt and pepper and use the amount that works for you based on your personal taste.
