Good Hair vs Bad Hair. The debate continues….on the Tyra Banks Show?

So this week (Tuesday, May 12th, 2009) The Tyra Banks Show will be airing an episode on “Good Hair” vs “Bad Hair” and I want to know ur opinion on this topic. Some of the women on the show have actually gone so far as to marry outside of their race just so their babies can have “Good Hair.” Honestly this sickens me.
But I would really like to hear what you have to say perhaps in a video blog. A lot of young women in the black community have rejected their natural hair texture and it would be great to hear from your perspective as a sister with natural hair. so please please please watch this episode and hopefully some of us in the youtube community can hear what you have to say on this subject. Im asking all of the African american hair video bloggers out there!!!
Hopefully we can start a huge you tube discussion.
funny you ask, because i’m working on a vlog series about this very topic. funny to see tyra covering the topic considering she WEARS A WEAVE. i can’t even begin to imagine what she’ll have to say. she’ll probably talk about how she admits that she wears a weave and make a stupid joke and act like she’s changing the face of black women and inspiring others by….wearing a weave?
honestly, It doesn’t matter to me what your hair texture is or if you wear a weave or want silky hair or what not. i choose to be natural and i’m happy that way. but the whole concept of good and bad hair being discussed by a fair skinned black woman wearing a BLONDE LACE FRONT WIG is kind of hilarious to me. can’t say i’ll be tuning in but thanks for the heads up.
